I ordered flowers on a Saturday morning and they delivered the same day and even called me to confirm the "Cat friendly flower" note. Someone stole the chocolates from the hallway and the store was kind enough to deliver another set of chocolates the same day.

It's difficult to know which florist to select when remote ordering. Using the reviews as a guide was wonderful. I chose the florist choice option for my floral arrangement. Could not have been more pleased as it is beautiful. Delivered on time and extremely well received. Thank you for providing such grat service.

This is the place to stop in and buy or to have flowers delivered. They do beautiful arrangements. I also had them design a custom wrap for my husband's urn for both his visitation and mass. Tara was so helpful in creating a floral arrangement that looked so lovely and I was pleased to support a local florist over a mass online business that the funeral homes use. The customer service here is top notch.

What a Joke!! So sad Cottonwood sold out to Palmer Flowers who has ALWAYS been an OVER PRICED flower store from Fort Collins. I called Cottonwood only to SADLY find out they have been bought out by Palmers. Again, over priced AND low rent flower shop. Dont take my word for it, stop in and waste 5 minutes of your time to find VERY little to choose from in the "left hand pre-made cooler". I went for white roses, white, hydrangeas and white snap dragons only to be told that they had a white orchid plant.?! To be fair, they have a lot of plants, fake flowers and baskets if thats your thing. Very little to offer as far as fresh flowers and pre- made arrangements. The "left " cooler was practically empty bar a couple of poorly put together bouquets- if you could call them that. It looked to me like they used the oldest flowers in their inventory just to try and save a buck. Save your time and money. Steer clear of "Palmers" and just go to Safeway or Kings for your flower needs. I found that both stores have PLENTY on display and the employees don't seem to mind to go the extra mile WITHOUT "looking down the nose" feeling. Fair prices too! Cottonwood is unfortunately GONE F

My mother is in the hospital not doing well. All she asked was for some flowers. I called one place and they did not have time and recommended Cottonwood. They at first said they could in 3 days. I told them my mom may not be here then. So they made an effort to get her some flowers. They were perfect and it cheered her up. THANK YOU! Hop this will help her turn things around.
